Painkiller

2 oz Shipwreck Spiced Rum
4 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cream of coconut
1 oz orange juice‍

Make It:

Fill a glass with ice. Blend cream of coconut if needed. Mix coconut cream and juice together. Pour rum over ice and add the mix. Top with grated nutmeg and garnish with cherry and orange slices.‍
